Just remember players, every one of these so-called blocked drivers, will never drive/compete against me again, and even after changing their names and still want to ram, they will be blocked again, and again, and again, until so many other drivers block them, that they can do nothing more than have a persuit driving career. It's not like in a "stationary" game, such as Prostreet, Most Wanted etc that's installed on the PC, where one can "RESTART RACE". If you have lost your position and money in the race due to a cheater - you cannot replay the game or start over. Finito! Finish! Klaar!
